Have head bath for 3 times a Week as in Summer hair is highly exposure to sun light, pollution and to avoid dandruff problems.Never have head bath with too cold or too Hot Water.Mild hot water is best for hair ever!

For Gals ....don't try to leave loose hair in summer,Make it bun..to avoid sweating!You could make many experiments and styling in Hair bun.

Never use Higly concentrated menthol shampoos,it leads to hair fall. Use Keratin containing shampoos for better protection !

All the Time,While you step out..Under the Sun,Cover your hair with Light colored Caps or scarfs .
